Stage Details
Order Processing  Dispatches within 1–3 business days (Mon – Fri, NZ time).
Estimated Delivery New Zealand: 5–14 business days
Australia: 9–14 business days
Other Countries: 10–20 business days*
Shipping Fees Free shipping for NZ | AU | PH  while we’re still the “new kid on the block.”
Tracking A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

*Rural/remote addresses may take an extra 2–4 business days.


🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Change-of-mind requests: must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (tags intact).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Faulty / Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for return, refund, or replacement.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

Non-Refundable / Final-Sale Items

  • Clearance or “Last-Chance” products marked Final Sale
  • Items bought with promotional discount codes when the listing or checkout stated “Final Sale / Non-Refundable” (e.g., flash-sale or limited-time promos)
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital goods
  • Products returned with signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or scent (perfume, smoke, etc.)

If a promo-code item isn’t flagged as Final Sale at purchase, our standard return rules apply.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email pinnacledrift@gmail.com with the subject “Return Request #Order XXXX”.
  2. Attach photos or short video for damaged/incorrect items.
  3. We’ll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and, if eligible, a prepaid label.
  4. Ship the item back. After inspection, we’ll issue your refund, replacement, or store credit within 5–10 business days and confirm by email.

Refund Timeline & Follow-Up

  • Banks and credit-card issuers can take up to 5 business days to post the credit.
  • Still no refund after 10 business days? Email us with “Refund Status #Order XXXX” and we’ll investigate immediately.
